is a part of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. This beach is completely cut off
from any sign of urbanization.

means through which this beach can be reached from San Jose.

Located south of the town of Ayamonte to which it is connected by a bridge, Playa de Isla Canela is a 7 km long urban beach.
An interesting part of Spain’s topography, this beach is laid in the mouth of the Guadiana river. This river separates Spain and Portugal, and a spectacular view of Portugal can be seen just across the water.
The place can be easily reached through any vehicle.

Praia de Rodas, Ria de Vigo
The beautiful Praia de Rodas is a beach on the Cies islands. It is an archipelago consisting of three islands: the Monteagudi, do Faro, and San Martino. They are laid in the mouth of Ria de Vigo, just off the coast of Pontevedra in Galicia.

Getting there

Playa de la Magdalena, Santander
Located in Santander in the province of Cantabria, Playa de la Magdalena is a charming beach that forms a part of the Atlantic coast of Spain.
Its proximity to urban Santander means that hotels are easily available, and the beach is directly accessible by car. Also, there is a public transport service to the beach.
The calm waters of the ocean are ideal for swimming, although the seabed has sharp rocks with jagged edges, so swimming during low tides is not advisable.

There are lifeguards on duty, and the hospital as well as Red Cross center are nearby. There is a park attached to the beach, which offers pretty walks ideal for strolling.

Playa de Papagayo, Lanzarote
A protected area of Lanzarote, which is the easternmost island of the Canary Islands, there are minimum facilities available on the Playa de Papagayo beach, and there is also an entry fee.
The place is hardly a spot for mass tourism. However, the crystal clear emerald green waters are a sight to behold and are ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
Getting there
This bit of paradise is difficult to reach, as the roads are rough and bumpy to drive, and only take to the cliffs. From there, steep steps lead down to the beach, but the drive and climb are well worth it.
While on the beach
There are few cafes and bars at the top of the steps, as well as free parking space. The beach is ideal for family picnics or sitting around lazing in the sun.
For adventurous souls, the terrain is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Bikes are available to rent at the nearby resort of Playa Blanca.
Camping enthusiasts will especially be delighted by the camping zone on the Puerto Muelas, which is a part of the beach. There are stalls selling drinks and snacks on this camping site. However, campers are advised to bring their own supplies, as those on the beach are pretty simple.
